VIDEO: Tanya Tate Interviews Cosplayers at Wondercon Part 2

Hello Heroes!

Here it is, part 2 from my Wondercon adventures. Did you see part one? If not, watch it HERE. I went to the 2013 Wondercon to make a signing appearance, I was on a panel and even got to chat with some very cool cosplay girls.

You may not recognize the costume. That is because it is an original one that I have co-created. I'll be talking more about it in the future. For now you get to see me in it as I talk to some brilliant cosplayers.

TOMORROW: TANYA TATE At Wondercon 2013 Video Part 2.

Hello My Beloved Heroes!

Tomorrow I start wrapping up my Wondercon 2013 coverage with my second video where I interview cosplayers. If you notice I am wearing a costume that is something you'll recognise. That's because it's of my own creation!

I co-created my own costume that I'll be using here and there for some upcoming projects. More on that soon. Very soon.

VIDEO: TANYA TATE™ Interviews Cosplay Girls At Wondercon 2013 - Part 1

Hello My Heroes,

I went to Wondercon in Anaheim and was able to interview some brilliant cosplayers. As you know I am a cosplayer and have been doing it for a few years now and I am constantly surprised and amazed by the work I am seeing. Wonderful people are showing some creative and exciting costumes. I love it. Since I started this blog in March of 2011 I have tried to incorporate different elements to it, like interviewing these cosplayers and having them talk about their work for you.

I went dressed as Julie Newmar style Catwoman, which was a new costume for me. Let's have a look at some of the fascinating ladies of Wondercon Cosplay.



After I did some Catwoman cosplay of my own, I participated on a Wondercon panel with several writer and journalists about getting news coverage. You'll see a couple of clips in this video as well.

This is part one, covering Friday. Part two covering the cosplay fun on Saturday will be posted soon, so look out for it. It has some amazing cosplayers.

Here is another cosplay cutie I met while at Wondercon. She was dressed as Marvel's Scarlet Witch. What do you think of her costume? I really like the headpiece that she is wearing, one of the nicest Scarlet Witch one I have seen. Everything about this costume is pretty cool, actually. She really did a good job.

One of the sexiest villains in the DC universe is Poison Ivy, so one would expect to find a few at Wondercon. This one was my favourite. She was just lovely. I had the chance to interview her, which will be posted shortly and she was a very cool chick. I talk to her about the Poison Ivy costume, how she made it and more. What would a comic book convention be without a few Joker and Harley Quinn cosplayers running about? Wondercon had this cool couple all smiles and looking to cause trouble for the Dark Knights. While there were some Jokers what I like about this one was that he really captured the silver age feel of the Joker's look. Awesome.

Here is another video interview I did while at Wondercon this past weekend. I was there doing some cosplay and signing at the Geekscape.net booth.
