Oh man, I really want this t-shirt. LOL. "Fake Geek Girl" I happened to see it while hopping around online, and had a good laugh. It's on the We Love Fine website and it's designed by Kelly Sue DeConnick, who you may know of as the current writer of Captain Marvel.

I know this shirt is more intended for guys but I would love to wear it. Too bad this does not come in a "baby doll" cut sizes, I would be all over it. 

Maybe I'll make a shirt that says "Not a REAL Cosplayer / Doesn't make Her Own Costumes" as a shout out to my past detractors (remember those days?).

JUSTA LOTTA VINYL: Funko Releases Image Of Superboy POP! Vinyl Figure

Hello Heroes!

POP! vinyl figure news is coming so fast I'm having a hard time keeping up! LOL. Posted on the Funko social media pages is an image of the latest addition to the DC Comics Universe series, Superboy!

Are you a fan of Young Justice? Well, you'll really like this one. He is wearing his jeans and black t-shirt with the "S" shied logo. I never was a fan of this costume, to be honest. He's looks kind of like some dude who just came back from Comic Con. Here is a picture:



Superboy is set to be released in August. You can pre-order him via Amazon, right here. Even though he's not at the top of my list to buy, I still hope to add him to my collection, ...I'm going to need a bigger house.

JUSTA LOTTA NEWS: Kotobukiya Reveals DC Comics Black Canary Bishoujo Statue Illustration

Hello Heroes,

I have started collecting the Kotobukiya Bishoujo statues and I must tell you, these are beautiful. So, I have been following the Kotobukiya Facebook page and they have posted an image of the upcoming Black Canary Bishoujo statue as illustrated by Shunya Yamashita. This is awesome.

Black Canary is sexy in her classic costume of fishnets, one piece and jacket. As you can see she is standing with arms raised, giving a bit of a wink. These statues are 1/7th scale and made of "high quality PVC plastic."

I really look forward to adding Black Canary to my collection. Be assured that I will be reviewing the figure when it comes out. I'll keep you updated, especially on real model pictures and when it goes on sale so you can pick one of these up as well.

JUSTA LOTTA VINYL: Hulk Smash! Funko Adds Red Hulk To Marvel POP Series

Hello Heroes!

Funko is adding a new vinyl figure to their Pop! vinyl series. It's the Red Hulk! Oh my. The Red Hulk is not another form of Bruce Banner, like the Gray or Smart Hulk, but another person all together. The Red Hulk is really General Ross, the person who has been hunting Hulk for years.

Red Hulk is being added to the Marvel series of POP vinyl figures. Lets have a look shall we:

JUSTA LOTTA FIGURES: Target's Exclusive Iron Man 3 Super Hero Squad Set - Justa Lotta Repaints.

Well. When I first saw the Iron Man 3 Super Hero Squad releases from Hasbro I was very disappointed. They were all repaints already existing figure. New sculpts from this line have been very hard to come by in the last few years. We may have been treated to one or two from the waves that had been released, but we at LEAST got one or two.

Not so for Iron Man 3. All repaints. Every single one.

So when I saw that there would be a Target Exclusive set, the Iron Man 3 Armored Mission Pack, I held a slight bit of hope that we may see something new. ESPECIALLY since there were so many different Iron Man armors used in IM3.

But it was not to be. The Target exclusive pack of six previously released figures with new paint jobs. Here are some images:


I understand the need to have some repaints, but goodness. We couldn't have one bloody new sculpt? I guess this is pretty much it for Super Hero Squad. A shame.

The set is available here. If you missed out on all of these before, or just want an awesome gift for one of the kids, it is a cool set to pick up.

Oh yes, I do love this figure already. I'm always happy to have more villains in my collection, LOL. Get ready Justice League, Darkseid is coming! I'll have more info on the release date and hopefully pictures of the finished product soon!

JUSTA LOTTA HAMMER: Peter Cushing Dr. Frankenstein Masterpiece Collection Maxi Bust Coming

Hello Horror Fans!

I have some awesome news! My friends at Titan Merchandise have announced another installment in their line of Hammer Films Masterpiece Collection Maxi Bust. These incredible collectibles are about 8 inches tall and feature the iconic characters of Hammer Films. The latest one making it's debut in November is the evil Dr. Frankenstein as played by Horror superstar Peter Cushing.

Here is info from the bust's description:
British movie actor Peter Cushing became a legendary icon of horror playing Baron Von Frankenstein in 1957's timeless classic The Curse of Frankenstein.

I have the first three that were released Christopher Lee as Dracula, Peter Cushing as Van Helsing and Ingrid Pitt as Countess Dracula. These are some of my favorite pieces of my collection. They are simply brilliant. I actually reviewed them all and you can see the videos on my Youtube page HERE.

Today is New Comic Book day! Every week (kinda) I choose five covers from this weeks new comic book releases that I think are awesome, attention grabbing or super sexy. So which comics will I be looking forward to this week?


Fearless Defenders #4 - Marvel Comics

What a brilliant cover. Every issue of Fearless Defenders has had a great cover, and this one is no exception. It's fun and creative, I love it. We get Valkyrie as a paper doll. She comes with various accessories, even an adorable Thor doll. I wonder if anyone actually cuts this figure off the cover of the magazine and uses it. That would be brilliant. Send pics if you do.

Synopsis: Come for the banter, stay for the surprises! Everything Valkyrie knows about her origin is wrong! And Caroline LeFay unleashes her Doom Maidens upon the world!

Grimm Fairy Tales Robyn Hood Wanted #1 - Zenescope

Zenescope's own emerald archer is back and looking hot. Robyn Hood is ready for action on this cover and I'm ready for it.

This comic has really been catching my attention. I don't know much of Katana or her history, but I want to find out about her and this cover art really does reel me in.

Red Sonja Annual #4 - Dynamite Comics

Wow. This woman must get chilly with her booty out like that on cold night, LOL. The "She-Devil With A Sword" is caught by surprise standing over a body as she holds her bloody sword. What's happened? You'll have to pick up the issue to find out!

Synopsis: The She-Devil with a Sword... captured and infected by the bite of a loathsome creature of the night! Offered as a human sacrifice to the vampire's dark god, Red Sonja must defeat both monster and its master... or be transformed into a bloodthirsty predator herself!

Uncanny Avengers #8 - Marvel Comics

Look at this beautiful cover by Maurilio Manara. The Wasp's long legs and arching form dominate this cover. I don't know whose reaching for her but I guess I'll have to pick up the issue to find out. Still a very nice cover.

Synopsis: Xavier is dead, now begins the age of The Apocalypse Twins! Now begins Ragnar?k and it’s all Thor’s fault!S.W.O.R.D. Peak station is attacked by Apocalypse’s Ship!
