JUSTA LOTTA COOL STUFF: Power-con 2013 T-shirts Available For Pre-order!

Hello Heroes,

You know that one of my favourite conventions to go to is the annual Power-con event. Held in the Los Angeles area, it is a celebration of He-man, She-ra, Thundercats and now Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I have gone both of the previous years and look forward to going again this year.

It has been announced on the Power-con website that some really cool new show shirts are now available for pre-order. The limited edition T-shirts feature some of the very recognizable iconic characters from Masters of the Universe, Princess of Power, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Thundercats in semi-silhouette.

JUSTA LOTTA COLLECTIBLE: Vampirella Tooned Up Statue From Electric Tiki & Sideshow Toys

I love this statue. From Electric Tiki and Sideshow Toys comes classic sexy horror icon Vampirella. Designed by Tracy Mark Lee of Electric Tiki this stylized version of her is awesome. Really sexy, really cute, I need to add this to my collection. I also love Butchie the Bat, who is perched on her arm. The Vampirella statue stands at 10.5 inches tall and is $159.99. Vampirella is available now for pre-order. Unfortunately she does not come out until January 2014. Oh man. To be fair, this looks well worth the wait. I really like this style from Electric Tiki and Tracy Lee Mark. Brilliant work. There are Tooned Up versions of The Munsters, Elvira and more.

I have the Tooned Up Electra Woman and Dyna Girl, which are some of my favourite pieces in my collection.

Ready for my choices of the top 5 comic book covers of the week? Every Wednesday I post my favorite new release comic book covers. Whatever grabs my eye, something shocking, really cool or just awesomely sexy...which is usually the case. I also look for something that is going to incite me to pick up the comic. So, lets have a look at this week's Tanya Tate's picks:


Fearless Defenders #4AU - Marvel Comics

The Fearless Defenders are back and apparently Warrior Woman has chopped off the head of Dr. Doom. This is a really fun series, I have the first few issues and need to catch up. I've featured just about the cover of every issue here and this one continues the trend. Really, pick up this series.

Synopsis: In a world where some villains became heroes instead Warrior Woman teams up with...Caroline LeFay? The connection between the Fearless Defenders greatest foe and Morgan LeFay is finally revealed! (And it's true in our world too!)

Jirni #2 - Aspen Comics

While going through previews, I happened to spy this issue. I'm not familiar with Jirni, but this cover looks really cool. It's from Aspen Comics, and I think I'l give it a try. Half naked, hot purple girl with a sword? I'm there!

Synopsis: Discover a whole new world of adventure! As Ara's fortuitous quest continues, her path is shrouded in mystery. Upon arriving in a remote village struggling to survive through desperate times, she discovers someone who might offer answers to the questions that torment her. Steed And Mrs Peel #8 - Boom

Love Emma Peel, love the Avengers. This cover is awesome with a brilliant image of Diana Rigg as Emma wearing her trademark black leather. On the cover, someone is pulling a gun on Mrs. Peel. Who is it? Pick up the issue and this amazing series.

Synopsis: Last issue, John Steed and Emma Peel entered a quiet little town on what should have been a simple mission - but things were definitely not as they seemed! Now the super spies fight not to become the next victims of this city with big secrets...


There you go. These all look good. Jirni is a new one that I am going to have a look at, as well as the first issue of Hunters The Shadowlands from Zenescope. Of course Steed And Mrs Peel and Fearless Defenders are monthly reads, so be sure to pick them up!

I thought I would share a sleepy time picture with you! LOL. This is me getting ready for bed. I have my huge Minnie Mouse that I got as a gift and my Minnie Mouse pajamas on to match. Yes, it's no secret that I am a hardcore Disney fan. Especially Minnie Mouse.

So, not every night is a lingerie, sexy lace bra and knickers night, LOL. But maybe I'll post those pictures up another day!

Hello My Heroes

Finally, images of Funko's Batman '66 POP! vinyl figures have made it online! I've been looking forward to this set for awhile now. Based on the classic television show, the first wave features Batman (Adam West), Robin (Burt Ward), Joker (Caesar Romero) and Catwoman (Julie Newmar).









This assortment is perfect! If you were to ask me who I wanted to see produced first, this would be the line-up. Funko has done a brilliant job with these figures, really capturing a fun likeness to the characters. Bloody hell, even the Joker has his mustache.

I can't wait for this set to come out. Amazon has them available for pre-order now with a release date of  September 26, 2013. You may want to order now so you'll have them when they come out.

Recently I Co-hosted the naughty Show at the Comedy Store in Hollywood with the beautiful Masuimi Max! She came, straight from a shoot, in a super sexy vinyl Harley Quinn cosplay costume. She was lovely. That was the first time I met her and I have to say, she is very cool.

JUSTA LOTTA Cool Comic Book Covers: Supergirl 20 Cover Change

Hello Heroes! In this last Wednesday's post of my top 5 comic book covers I gave a shout out to the Supergirl #20 cover by Emanuela Lupacchino, which featured Supergirl in the arms of Power Girl who was wearing a Supergirl costume. Apparently when it was released there was a bit of a swap and Power Girl was back in her "boob window" costume that we know and love. Either way it's still a cool cover but I wanted to note that.



JLT reader Nate left this comment: Actually the cover you have listed for Supergirl is wrong. The actual cover has Power Girl in her classic "boob window" costume holding Supergirl. You may have a preview cover they let out early that was not the final cover.

I know this because I've got the actual comic with the other cover at the shop :).

JUSTA LOTTA FIGURES: Kotobukiya Bishoujo Marvel Comics Kitty Pryde Statue Images & Pre-Order

Hello Heroes!

I have started collecting these Kotobukiya Bishoujo that are simply brilliant. They are sexy versions of various superheroes and other characters. I just found out that there is another one on the way, Marvel Comics' Kitty Pryde of the X-men.

She's in classic Blue and Yellow costume with her faithful dragon, Lockheed. Would you like to see some pictures?



Wow, she has quite the booty, LOL! Here is more info about the Kitty Pryde Bishoujo statue: Based on a new illustration by Shunya Yamashita and sculpted by Mangusai Touda, Kitty Pryde stands slightly under 8 ½ inches tall, on a specially designed display base, in the current Marvel Bishoujo Statue 1/7th scale.
